We have been to a lot of hearing aid places due to my aging grandparents. Most other places just do not care you spent $6000 to $9000 on aids they just want to sell you more. Here a very kind lady took the time to talk with us and find out we did not need a new set just yet but new part to fix ones we had. Now she went above and beyond to help us. If you need parts or yes new ear aids then this is the place to go. Give her a call or stop by. She will try her best to help you.

Pamela is a jewel, she listens and knows how to translate my hearing problems into a solution that works. From the moment I first began to wear mynew aids it was wonderful. After moving from the area I tried other places but in the end I drive the distance because Pamela corrects the problem the first time!!
