We have been to a lot of hearing aid places due to my aging grandparents. Most other places just do not care you spent $6000 to $9000 on aids they just want to sell you more. Here a very kind lady took the time to talk with us and find out we did not need a new set just yet but new part to fix ones we had. Now she went above and beyond to help us.
